will be charged for every extra 5 miles between your home and the clinic on top of the $75 base price for patients who live more than 5 miles away from the clinic.
For the convenience of our patients, our medical assistants are able conduct blood draws from home at an additional fee for UEM members.
Please note, that this blood draw fee is independent from any lab work processing costs required for labs ordered by your physician. Please view our lab work costs using the tab above.
