Rescheduling Your Appointment

You can reschedule your appointment via our website up to 24 hours before your original appointment time. Simply find the Calendly email and click “Reschedule” to cancel your current appointment and book a new one. Your account will allow you to re-book with a prepaid scan, and you will not be charged again. Alternatively, you can call our office at (657) 212-3212 to reschedule.

Cancellations and Refunds

Up to 24 Hours Before Appointment: You can cancel your appointment via your account on our website. After canceling, you have the option to retain your credit for a future appointment or request a refund by emailing info@upperechelonmedical.com.


Less Than 24 Hours Before Appointment: Please contact us by phone at (657) 212-3212 to cancel or reschedule. At this point, your scan is no longer refundable, but we will assist you in rescheduling.


No-shows: No-shows forfeit their test credits without a refund.

If Something Goes Wrong

If an issue occurs due to our fault, we will do our best to resolve the situation amicably. Depending on the circumstances, if we are unable to provide the promised service, we will work with you to reschedule or process a refund of the original charge.

Please note that receiving an unfavorable test result does not qualify as “something going wrong” and is not generally grounds for retesting or a refund. However, we understand that every situation is unique and will consider exceptions to these guidelines on a case-by-case basis.
