Marisse Herrera, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician in Fullerton, California. She leads the medical team at Upper Echelon Medical, a practice dedicated to holistic wellness.
Originally from the Philippines, Dr. Herrera grew up in Long Beach, California, and attended California State University, Long Beach, as an undergraduate. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in psychiatry and minors in biology and chemistry.
Dr. Herrera earned her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine in Henderson, Nevada, where she received honors in six clinical rotations. She completed her residency in family medicine at Kaiser Permanente Riverside Medical Center in Riverside, California.
