For New Patients

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, please be aware cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours the day before your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full session of the fee.

For Existing Patients

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, please be aware that existing patients may reschedule an appointment twice at no penalty, but will incur a $50 charge on the third reschedule or on a third missed appointment (no-show).
